Isiaka currently heads the Finance Unit of The Infrastructure Bank Plc. He is a qualified chartered accountant (FCA) and result-driven skilled finance professional. He has over 15 years progressive experience in retail banking, financial management, risk management, audit, and consulting.

Prior to joining TIB, he worked with GRM Consulting, Abuja as a Senior Financial Consultant, where he Led a team for a Startup company in gas manufacturing. He also represented the organization in other various projects, including Risk Assessment Officer for Multi-specialist Hospital, Real Estate and Housing. He previously worked at Zenith Bank Plc for over ten years in various capacities including Head of Operation.

Isiaka holds a M. Sc in Corporate Risk Management from the University of Salford, United Kingdom, and B. Sc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA).
