Ahmed Dahiru Modibbo serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of The Infrastructure Bank PLC (TIB). He is a seasoned corporate executive, lawyer, and development banker with over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, legal advisory, strategic management, and investment oversight across Nigeria’s public, private, and development finance sectors.

Currently, Mr. Modibbo is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Highland Integrated Electricity Services Limited, an investment holding company with strategic interests in Nigeria’s power sector. He has previously served on the Boards of First Bank of Nigeria Holdings Plc, NICON Insurance Limited, and Jos Electricity Distribution Company Plc.

Mr. Modibbo is a Fellow of the International Bar Association (IBA) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He holds a Law Degree (LL.B) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and professional diplomas from the College of Law of England and Wales in various areas of international legal practice.

He brings to the Board of The Infrastructure Bank a wealth of expertise in corporate governance, legal strategy, and development finance, with a strong commitment to driving sustainable growth and institutional excellence.
