Ross Oluyede – Acting MD/Executive Director Project Finance and Advisory DirectorateMr. Ross Oluyede is a prize winning student and graduate of Economics from the University of Jos (1996), and he also holds a Masters in Risk Management and Control from the Instituto Studi Direzionali (ISTUD), Stresa, Italy (2003).
He started his career with the Nigeria Institute of Social and Economic Research, Ibadan, Nigeria between 1997 and 1998 from where he proceeded to Italy and worked with The Advisory Group an Asset Management Company between 1999 and 2002, General Electric between 2003 and 2005 and KPMG Professional Services in Nigeria between 2005 and 2014.
Mr. Oluyede has more than 20 years experience which spans over project structuring and development, corporate finance, project acquisition strategy, funding options, feasibility study analysis and structuring strategies to maximize project equity valuation and debt capacity.
His employment was approved by the Board on the 17th of July 2014 and he resumed as Head, Power and Renewable Energy in October 2014. In recognition of his performance, the Board approved his appointment as Ag. Head, Project Finance & Advisory Directorate with effect from 2nd July, 2018 and as Executive Director and Ag. Managing Director on the 7th of June, 2019 subject to the approval of the CBN. The CBN approved his appointment as Executive Director/Ag. Managing Director on the 16th of October, 2019.
