Lamis Dikko (Chairman)
In 1986, Alhaji Dikko joined Habib Bank Nigeria Limited, where he served for twelve years and left as an Assistant General Manager. He moved to Intercity Bank Plc in 1998 as a General Manager and was appointed the Bank’s MD/CEO in 2001, a position he held until Intercity Bank Plc merged with eight other banks to form Unity Bank Plc in 2005. He was initially Executive Director, Credit Risk Management of Unity Bank prior to being made the Group Executive Director, Central Region.

Alhaji Dikko attended College of Advanced Studies, Zaria from 1976 to 1978, attained his first degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University (1981), and was at the Queen Mary College, University of London between 1981 to 1984 where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Leadership Programme.

Johan Kruger (Vice Chairman)
Johan Kruger has had over 35 years of experience in the provision and funding of public infrastructure. Previous positions held include Deputy Director General in the South Africa Government, General Manager of the Development Bank of Southern Africa and founding Managing Director of Infrastructure Finance Corporation (INCA), a private sector company specializing in infrastructure funding. He was also at one time the Regional Housing Manager of Urban Foundation.

Qualified as a Civil Engineer (BSc/BEng) from Stellenbosch University and later took Business Commerce for non-degree purposes. He also attended the Advanced Executive Management Course at IMD, Lausanne. He is a water specialist who had designed and built multiple arch dams. He was voted as one of South Africa’s Top 100 Managers in 2004. Presently consulting with clients including: World Bank, USAID, Standard Bank of South Africa, Government of Ukraine, Steinhoff Africa Holdings, and other companies.

Akin Ogunbiyi (Non-Executive Director)
Dr. Ogunbiyi is an Economist, Consultant, Insurance professional and an Entrepreneur.
He holds a BSc. in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University (1986), and also has an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Navarra, Spain, in addition to being an alumnus of the following schools: Harvard Business School, Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK and the Lagos Business School.
He is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Abdullahi Musa Bello (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Bello is a successful entrepreneur who sits on the Board of many companies.  He is also the founder and Chairman Board of Trustees of AMA Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that has established and runs an educational institution currently with 12 classes, free tuition and meals for its enrolled pupils in Kaduna State, Nigeria.  AMA Foundation also provides free medical services and equipment in communities across Nigeria.
He holds a Diploma in International Trade from the Wade Trade Institute, UK (1994), an Advanced Diploma in Public Administration from the Kaduna State Polytechnic (1997) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (1998).  He has attended courses in leadership at the John Kennedy School of Governance, Harvard (2005) and also obtained a Certificate in Orchestrated Winning Performance from IMD, Switzerland (2014).

Tanimu Y. Muhammad-Ja (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Muhammad-Ja is a seasoned businessman and an economist. He has worked in several capacities within the financial and public service sectors of the Nigerian economy including with ICON Limited, New Africa Merchant Bank Limited, Afri-Project Consortium Limited and as Honourable Commissioner of Finance, Katsina State (1999-2002). He has also served at national levels as Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (2003-2007); Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Economic Adviser to the President and Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (2007-2010); and he was a member of the National Economic Management Team of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (2007-2010).

Mr. Muhammad-Ja graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and MBA in Finance from the Wagerner College, USA.

L. O. T. Shittu (Non-Executive Director)
Alhaji Shittu is Executive Director, Strategy & Research, at the Nigeria Governors’ Forum; and is  Board representative of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, of State Governments and Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria on the Board.

He has over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sector arenas, including holding Directorships at Ocean Atlantic Dredging Company and Nigerian Communications Commission.  He holds a Master of Development Banking and Finance from Giordano Del Amore Institute of Banking & Finance, Italy, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Wittenberg University, USA.

Promise A. K. Adewusi (Non-Executive Director)
Comrade Adewusi, mni, is the Deputy President of Nigeria Labour Congress, and simultaneously serves as the National President, Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU). He is the representative of the Nigeria Labour Congress on the Board.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar (2004), obtained his Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from Lagos State University in 2002 and 2007 respectively, has a Diploma in Librarianship from University of Ibadan (1979) and a Certificate in Librarianship from the University of Lagos (1977).

Comrade Adewusi is a seasoned member of the Labour movement and author of several publications on Labour Law and Trade Unionism in Nigeria.

Anne Sanusi (Non-Executive Director)
Mrs. Sanusi is the representative of the Estate of Hakeem Olamide Sanusi on the Board.
She holds a BSc. In Zoology from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt in Rivers State (1994), completed another Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the George Washington School of Business, Washington DC (2011), and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Strayer University School of Business, USA.

Mfon Ekong Usoro (Independent Non-Executive Director)
She has more than 20 years Post Call experience as a Legal Practitioner. She has varied and extensive experience in public and private sectors and specifically in the areas of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure Project Finance.
